Two-Tier Consent Model:

Internal Use (Always Permitted):

Love to Code Academy collects photos and videos for internal purposes including attendance documentation, safety records, and staff training materials. Internal use consent is assumed for all enrolled students. You may opt out of internal use by contacting enrollment@lovetocodeacademy.com.

External Use (Opt-In Only):

External use includes marketing materials, social media, website content, and press coverage. External use requires your affirmative consent, which you provide during enrollment checkout.

Our commitments:

• Love to Code Academy never identifies students by name in any public-facing content.
• Students under 13: External consent is opt-in regardless of general model. COPPA protections apply.
• You may withdraw external media consent at any time by emailing enrollment@lovetocodeacademy.com.
