Commit to a team systems challenge — keep your promise and finish your piece.

Robotics Ages 11–13 (6th Grade – 8th Grade)

Oct 12 – Nov 02, 2026

Monday · 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Students take clear engineering roles on a group challenge. Follow-through and honest status reports keep the whole system moving.

Character focus this sprint

We intentionally practice Commitment, Integrity alongside every coding and robotics skill.

In four weekly sessions, your child will

  • Own a subsystem, test plan, or integration role
  • Keep a promise to deliver their part for the team
  • Practice integrity when something is not ready
  • Celebrate integrated team results

Why Innovation Engineers

Systems only work when people keep commitments. This sprint ties commitment and integrity to engineering delivery.

Right for 6th–8th

This track treats students like engineers: tradeoffs, constraints, iteration, and systems thinking. Your child should leave thinking we designed that to solve a problem.

More than a tech class

Love to Code Academy is a character development academy. Every session, students practice teamwork, persistence, and ownership — not just skills. Small classes. Real tools. Coaches who know your child by name.

One sprint = four instructional sessions. Weeks that contain New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas are skipped for all classes — the sprint extends to the next available week.
