What your child will do
- Design a build addressing a real-world prompt, including sustainability challenges
- Plan and sequence a multi-stage build project
- Defend design choices against real-world constraints
- Present a finished build and explain the reasoning behind it
Why this term
Minecraft Build Challenges uses real Minecraft Education toolkits, including city-design and sustainability prompts. At this age, the focus shifts toward defending design decisions against real constraints, not just finishing a build.
Private Minecraft Education world. Sessions run in a secured classroom environment. No public servers. Coaches supervise every session.
Coach-led, small class. Coaches keep challenges concrete and know your child by name.

No. Students build in the academy classroom on our Minecraft Education setup. You do not need a home license for this term.

One session block = four instructional sessions. Weeks that contain New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas are skipped for all classes — the session block extends to the next available week.
