Minecraft Foundations (6th–8th)
Your kid already uses technology every day without thinking about it. In four weeks, they learn how it actually works, and when not to trust it.
What your child will do
- Learn how AI systems recognize patterns, and where they fall short
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and possible bias
- Explore how cloud computing powers AI tools
- Practice using an AI tool responsibly in a real scenario
Why this term
Minecraft Foundations uses Minecraft Education's own AI literacy lessons, the same ones used in classrooms. At this age, the focus shifts toward evaluating AI output critically, not just recognizing that AI exists.
Private Minecraft Education world. Sessions run in a secured classroom environment. No public servers. Coaches supervise every session.
Coach-led, small class. Coaches keep challenges concrete and know your child by name.

No. Students build in the academy classroom on our Minecraft Education setup. You do not need a home license for this term.

One session block = four instructional sessions. Weeks that contain New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas are skipped for all classes — the session block extends to the next available week.
