VEX IQ Invitational - Advanced 3 Day Event
Ages 11–13 (6th Grade – 8th Grade)
Three days. One challenge. Everything you've got.
The VEX IQ Invitational is a three-day advanced robotics event for experienced students ages 10–12. Students arrive with prior robotics experience and spend three intensive days designing, building, and programming VEX IQ robots through increasingly complex challenges. The event closes with a team showcase.
Robotics
The VEX IQ Invitational is built around a simple belief: students who are ready for a real challenge deserve to have one. VEX IQ at this level is a full engineering experience that requires real design decisions, precise autonomous programs, and leadership under the pressure of a deadline. The three-day format is intentional — it creates urgency, demands focus, and tests the kind of commitment and integrity that only emerges when the stakes feel real. Students who complete the Invitational leave with more than technical skills. They leave with a different understanding of what they are capable of.
The VEX IQ Invitational is for the student who has been waiting for something harder. Three days of advanced robotics, a team showcase, and instructors who will push them further than a standard class ever has — this is the most intensive experience in the Love to Code Academy summer lineup. If your child is the one who finishes first and asks what's next, this is what's next.
